You can return your HomeHalo within 30 days of receipt if you are not fully satisfied. You must pay the return delivery costs.
Your HomeHalo must be in a resellable state, in it's orignal box and packaging, & HomeHalo will refund all payments received for both HomeHalo products and services that have been charged to you in this time.

Please email or call us before you send your HomeHalo back to us.
Your HomeHalo must be In a resellable state, In it's original box and packacking and within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Then simply package HomeHalo in its original, resellable state, and post to us at:

We will refund your original payment method within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
Please obtain a proof of posting in case of a delivery issue.
