Connecting a ROKU device

My Roku device won't connect

On certain networks there have been reports of a roku device not connected as intended, To resolve the issue roku requires a change in the DNS settings on your HomeHalo.

- Connecting to your HomeHalo via a laptop or PC, go to and login using “admin” and the password is printed on the base of your HomeHalo under “admin password”.

- Once logged in click “setup” on the top menu

- Next click “LOCAL network" setup

- On the line “DNS server 1: change this to

- On the line “DNS server 2” change this to

- Click “apply changes"

- Next power cycle the HomeHalo using the side button

- You will now be able to connect your ROKU stick to the HomeHalo and receive an alert for the new device,
