I can’t access a page that should be allowed?

As long as you are seeing a HomeHalo message that says the webpage is blocked, you can request that the page is added to the whitelist by following the instructions on screen when your try to access the webpage. The request will be sent to the administrator (usually the parent) of your HomeHalo to respond to your request. If you are the owner, then simply approve the request using the smartphone App. Once you do this, the website will be permanently approved for the requesting user (not all users)

I have forgotten my username & password, how do I reset them?

You will not be able to make changes to your settings before you have attached a HomeHalo to your subscription. You will be able to create and assign user categories at this stage, but all other features become available when there is an active HomeHalo attached

Can I manage my users before I receive my HomeHalo?

You will be able to create and assign users, time rules and content rules at this stage, but all other features become available when there is an active HomeHalo attached to your account.

Can I have more than one HomeHalo on my subscription?

At this time, only one HomeHalo device can be assigned to a subscription

Can I make more than one person an administrator on my account?

Anyone with the login credentials to your account can have full control. So please keep this information safe and only give it to those who you wish to have access. Please remember that the smartphone App should only be downloaded to phones from which you wish to have administrative control.
