I bought a subscription at the time of paying for my HomeHalo, so when does my subscription start?

Your subscription starts as soon as the device has been assigned to your account. We will send you an email with the details of your subscription when you sign up

Can I pay my subscription automatically?

Yes, your subscription will automatically renew each month, or until you tell us otherwise.

I’ve bought a device without a subscription, how do I get a subscription?

If you purchased your device without a subscription you will need to log into our website and select a subscription option there. Once this has been completed you can start using the services HomeHalo has to offer.

I can’t pay my subscription now, but plan to in the near future, what happens now?

Your HomeHalo will continue to work as a router for your household, but you will lose the services that keep your family safe and secure online. You can re-activate your subscription at any time.

I want to buy a device for a friend as a present, but they pay the subscription, is this possible?

Yes, when purchasing HomeHalo, you can choose a device only option. When you give the device to someone else, they simply have to purchase a subscription through our website
